I've been using 100% Whey Protein for weight loss for 1 year. In that time I've lost 60 lbs. I'm 44 years old 6'2" and I weighed 280 lbs and now weight 220 lbs. I've had my weight stable at around 220 for 5 months. I got off blood pressure medication, stopped taking pain medications for my back and I feel great. Now I eat what I want but smaller portions and include 2 protein drinks per day. If I see my weight creeping up I eat one good meal a day stay away from any snacks and have 3 or 4 of the protein drinks.  It works like a charm for me. I think this stuff may have saved my life or at least make the rest of my life much better.

Great to see a site that posts customer reviews. I have tried 3 or 4 of the leading Whey Proteins only to find they taste not so good. So the other day I opened up a jug of Optimum Nutrition's Whey Protein Vanilla Ice Cream and it's # 1 in my book. The ingredients are great, the taste is great and it's very easy to mix or shake.

You get 23 grams of protein in every scoop and the glutamine is 3 grams or more. Plus you have the other amino acids all in a one shake that goes done easy. I will continue to use this product and try some other ones from Optimum Nutrition. Rocky, NJ

I have tried several different protein powders, but 100% Whey Protein is by far the best! Not only does it mix very easily, it tastes good too. Not only that, but it is cheaper by the serving that any other protein powder. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a good quality protein supplement. Tip: Tastes great mixed in regular flavored oatmeal.

I've tried several other brands of protein, including some of the more expensive ones, and I'm definitely sold on Optimum Nutrition's. The flavors taste great and mix smooth, and MuscleSurf's pricing is 20% less than what I use to pay for it at the local mall. Most of all, of course, results is what I'm after. 100% Whey is very low and fat and carbs and gives over 5 grams of glutamine per serving. Great stuff!

First of all i would like to thank you guys over there at muscle surf for putting up reviews. It is quite hard to find some decent feed back about products out there being that most of them sound like company promotions.

These reviews sort of go hand in hand...

I have always been an athletic person but have never really lifted weights. I started a 5 day-a-week program i found online and help me out started using both Cell-Tech and 100% Whey from Optimum Nutrition. I am a college student and being that Cell-tech is so damn expensive i had to cut the servings in half (only one scoop). Well I started out being about 190lbs at the end 12 weeks i was around 225, not to mention my bench went from struggling at 200 to doing reps of 245. Both taste great (except the initial burning of Cell-tech) not to mention 100% Whey is probably the most easily mixable protein i have ever found (water, milk, whatever).

I have used optimum 100% whey for over three years. Excellent taste mixes well with any substance and best for me because it contains no milk products to upset my stomach.
