- I also participated in the BFL and over the 12 weeks saw significant improvement. I've used almost a full container, but am not convinced that it was the Betagen. Could it have been the cardio, a strict diet or the Xenadrine that I was using. It seems that most of us who use this stuff don't really objectively gauge the results (i.e. isolating the supplement's use and tracking results).
