Cell-tech uses dextrose (lemon-lime flavor) a form of glucose; which stimulates insulin secretion.  Glucose is the main sugar manufactured by the body whereas the known fructose or high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) does not stimulate insulin secretion. From all the advertisements by Muscletech, they seem to spend money on research.  If that is for the good, I don’t mind paying extra knowing that I am getting a quality product. So far I haven’t noticed too much sweetness.  That could be I am mixing about 350 ml of water per scoop.

I am very much into trying different products to see if they meet the manufacturer's claims. I've used creatine since the early days-really worked, graduated to the creatine serum which supposedly was superior. (I found little difference). I then tried Cell Tech and currently even more expensive products like Satur8 and V12. I can say this: Cell Tech gave me better results than every last product I've tried (about 7 in all). I stopped using Cell Tech because I was concerned with so much sugar and carbs, but surprisingly, I looked back at some photos I took, and I was my leanest while on Cell Tech (and I don't do a lot of cardio). Well, despite the fact it is overpriced, I am going back to Cell Tech. My bench on cell tech went from 275lb max to 315lb max. No bull!

I'm Drew Jones, 6'1 190 pounds, i have 12% bodyfat n cell tech got me there. It gave me 10 pounds leaner bodyfat. It's the best.

I have used cell-tech a few times myself. When I first used it about 1 year ago I had 12.5% bodyfat, and weighed 150lbs at 5feet 2inches. Now after using it for 2, 8week cycles over the last year my bodyfat stayed about the same it's now 12.3%. I weigh 163lbs at 5ft 2inches. So bodyfat dropped .2% and weight in lean muscle mass gained 13lbs of lean muscle. I have been training 4 times a week (whole body). I do cardio most weeks 2x per week taking a week off now and then. So I know cell-tech creatine works. Thanks Muscletech!

So far CellTech has been one of the better products that I've used. I've seen gains in my strength and mass without the water retention look of some of the other creatines...

I used CellTech for about six weeks and was not very impressed with the results. I gained a little in the strength department but as far as mass and size go, I had no noticeable gains. There are definitely better products on the market.

First of all i would like to thank you guys over there at muscle surf for putting up reviews. It is quite hard to find some decent feed back about products out there being that most of them sound like company promotions.

I have always been an athletic person but have never really lifted weights. I started a 5 day-a-week program i found online and help me out started using both Cell-Tech and 100% Whey from Optimum Nutrition. I am a college student and being that Cell-tech is so damn expensive i had to cut the servings in half (only one scoop). Well I started out being about 190lbs at the end 12 weeks i was around 225, not to mention my bench went from struggling at 200 to doing reps of 245. Both taste great (except the initial burning of Cell-tech) not to mention 100% Whey is probably the most easily mixable protein i have ever found (water, milk, whatever).

The product that I like best is Muscletech's Cell-Tech Creatine. The stuff works really fast. I saw a gain of 10lbs after just over a week on the stuff and I didn't lose it all when I stopped. You have to drink a lot of water during the day though.The flavors are good, much better than Kaizen's in my opinion. The only drawbacks are the cost (about 40 dollars for a 15 day supply), and the slight burn in your throat from the alpha-lipoic acid. This stuff beats all other creatine products that I've tried in the past.

I started using a combination of Cell-Tech, Dymetadrine Extreme and Z-Mass PM and gained 20 pounds in two months. With this my waist went from a size 34 to a 32 1/2. I was involved in a weight-lifting routine of working out 6 days a week. I would run 4 times a week for 30 minutes and do 200 crunches a day. I was extremely happy with my results and felt no fatigue while going through my workouts.

I have used Cell Tech for only a year now. I wasn't very big before I used it. Since I started, I have gained around 20 lbs of muscle. Not water weight as some people might think. My strength gains went up almost immediately after being on it. I would recommend this if you are looking for creatine.

I've been using cell-tech for a little over a month now. I havn't gained much weight but my bench press has gone up tremendously. a month ago i was benching 240lbs. now i max out at 295lbs. I only weigh 165. i'm 17 yrs. old.

I have used cell tech now for 4 weeks, and have noticed a great improvement. I have gained almost 10 pounds and more solid than I have ever been. This product really tastes great!!! Most of the muscle drinks taste horrible and you have to choke them down but not this one! Overall excellent product!

my name is pete and I am a college football player. in the spring of my senior year in high school i used cell tech for 8 months including my 2monthes i took off after the to months i used it. in these eight moths i gained 20 pounds. and improved my maxs beyond belief. i believe that cell tch gave me a better chance for playing time at the college level not to mentioned the countless hours i put in at the gym.

I'm 16 and have used muscle-tech's CELL TECH. I wasnt too impressed. I noticed minimal gains and when I stopped using it I lost some strength and weight. For me, AST's Creatine-HSC worked very well, I used that and noticed big gains, for a while my bench max was going up 5lbs. every week. Cell Tech did not compare. I also got more creatine for my money with AST's creatine.
