Ingredient Details:
Flax oil*, sunflower oil,
*sesame oil*, coconut oil,* evening primrose oil* (13 mg GLA per tablespoon),
rice germ and bran oil, soy lecithin (GMO-free), oat germ and bran oil,*
tocotrienols.
Suggested use: Take 1 tablespoon two times daily with meals. The cloudy layer
in the oil is unique to this blend. To obtain its benefits, shake bottle gently
before each use. Do not heat or use for frying. FOR OPTIMUM FRESHNESS KEEP
REFRIGERATED. Can be frozen to prolong freshness.
Udo's 3·6·9 Oil Blend is compatible with all foods and can be used with cold, warm and hot foods (once off the heat source), but must not be used for frying, baking or other high temperature cooking.
