Buying from our Yahoo Store is easy and secure. For every orderable item, there is an "Add to Cart" button. Clicking this button adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. You can remove any item from your shopping cart at any time. After you put an item in your cart, you can choose to place the order, or you can continue shopping by clicking on the "Keep Shopping" button.  You can put as many items as you want in your shopping cart. When you're finished shopping and want to place your order, click on the "Check Out" button to proceed.

Problems Ordering? If you are experiencing problems adding items to your cart or having the pages load, it could be due to a temporary server problem. Please try again a few minutes later. Another possible reason is that you are working behind a "firewall." Many work places have these set in place, which makes things such as secure shopping and downloading music not possible. If you cannot get your order to go through, we would be happy to take your order over the phone. International Error Messages: If you are an international resident and are receiving an error message when trying to order, please review how you entered your zip code/postal code. The order in which you enter the digits is vital. For example, when ordering from the UK, if your postal code is SE146SL, you must enter it like this: SE14 6SL. Notice the space between the fourth and fifth digits. You must have the correct spacing. So, in the case of the UK, it is 4 digits, space, then the final 3 digits. Please e-mail or call us at 1.508.393.8481 if you cannot get your order to go through.

Ordering by FAX: Want to FAX us your order? Sure thing, just print off the FAX Order Form Page and fax it to us at 1.508.393.8435. International customers please call 1.508.393.8481.

Ordering by Check & Money Order: Ordering by personal check or money order is easy. Simply choose "check/money order" as the payment option and leave the account number field on the order form blank. Mail your check or money order to the address below. Please include a printed copy of the confirmation number we email to you.

Money Orders Drawn in US Funds: Money Orders are immediately processed and shipped without delay.

Checks drawn in US Funds: In order to maintain our low prices, it's necessary for us to wait for checks to clear deposit before shipment. Please allow an extra 7 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

International orders: You must e-mail service@musclesurf.com for your shipping quote before sending in your payment. Please reference your order number when doing so. Payments received which do not include the shipping price will not be processed.

UPS Shipping Options:
 
  UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air are available as shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States. For UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air you will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using the UPS shipping rate table.  This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT you can review this amount before your credit card is charged. Once your order ships, we will email you a confirmation and tracking number.

We will ship products anywhere in the world! (See restrictions below). In fact, we ship products to International Destinations everyday. We will gladly accept and process your credit card or International Money Order or Check drawn in US Funds through a US Bank and made out to "MuscleSurf.com."

We apologize but we can NOT accept foreign money orders or checks drawn on non-US banks. Please inquire at your local bank about how you can get an International Money Order or Check "drawn in US Funds through a US Bank." If you have any questions regarding payment for international orders, please email us today at service@musclesurf.com.

International Orders: Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post Global Priority Packet Service.  You will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using the Deutsche Post shipping rates.  This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT you can review this amount before your credit card is charged. Once your order ships, we will email you a confirmation number. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in your country (see additional restrictions below).

International Shipping Restrictions:

1) We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you [the customer] to speak with your Customs Office if you have any questions.
2) Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different for every country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. We apply a 15% restocking fee to orders returned by Customs as "illegal to import."
3) If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. We apply a 15% restocking fee to orders returned by Customs as "unclaimed."
4) You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Depending on the weight of your package, shipping charges may be a significant percentage of the total cost of your order. Your shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT you can review this amount before your credit card is charged.
5) Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US money order, or personal check drawn on US bank.
6) You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
7.) Due to the limitations of certain International shipping vendors, tracking numbers can not always be provided for International Orders.

Canadian Orders

Returns     [back to top]

Please call us during our normal business hours, 8am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday, to obtain authorization before we can accept your merchandise returns. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. We apply a 15% restocking fee to authorized returns received after 15 days, and a 25% restock fee to unauthorized returns. We do not accept product returns after 30 days.

Damaged Shipments:

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Back Orders:

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you one of the following choices:

  • canceling the out-of-stock items, or
  • holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or
  • receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they become available.

No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

Protein/Nutrition Bar Policies
During the warm Summer months, some melting and changes in consistency of protein bars is to be expected during shipment. Bars are always kept at appropriate storage temperatures in our state-of-the-art warehouse facilities. Any changes in consistency occur as the result of delivery vehicles which we have no control over. In ordering bars during the warm months the customer assumes full responsibility for any changes in consistency. We recommend placing the bars in the refrigerator for several hours and then storing in a cool, dry place.
