I am on my second purchase of Hydroxycut from
MuscleTech the 210 capsule bottles. i had heard about Hydroxycut through a
friends dad who is a weight lifting fanatic and I thought I would give it a try.
I was leaving for Mexico in about two months so i hit the gym and took
Hydroxycut and saw great definition and weight loss. I currently was 255
lbs. and when I got on the plane I was 220 with cut arms slim stomach. I stopped
using Hydroxycut for baseball season because I couldn't go to the gym and play
ball so my weight gained a little bit. now I am leaving for Cancun in about a
month and I intend on getting the same results: working out hard and low calorie
high protein diet. Hydroxycut is the greatest supplement MuscleTech has came out
with and anyone trying to shed the excess body fat should try it

Hi my name is Samuel, I live in Hyderabad, India. And we Indians are noted to
store huge amounts of bodyfat because of the food we eat. I was 85 kgs earlier
and had ugly fat around my midsection, and other body parts. I was actually
worried as to how to reduce my fat and then get that muscular look. I started
using Hydroxycut and believe me in 20 days I reduced 9 kgs with proper diet and
workout. I thank Muscletech for such a wonderful product. I would suggest for
everyone who wants to control body fat or reduce ugly fat and then look muscular
and lean. I feel that some people say that it did not work for them that is
because they don't follow the proper schedule or workout. Guys use Hydroxycut
for great results.

- I have been on the Hydroxycut product for quite some time. I think that it is wonderful for helping someone like
me to lose the much needed weight. It helps keep it off. My husband also likes it for the boost of energy he
needs at work. What a big difference in our lives since I have lost over 30lbs. Thank you!! I will continue to use
this product until the much needed weight which is probably another 30lbs. Thanks once again!
- I used Hydroxycut to lose the last pounds after having my baby in June. I
lost 15 pounds in under three months. I found that my body needed a break
from it every few weeks and a multivitamin was necessary, but I still highly
recommend it. I have been off of it for two months now and haven't gained a
pound back! If I ever do start to gain wait again I am glad that I have
found such a valuable weight loss tool.
- A year ago I decided to get into weight lifting. At
that time I was 170lbs and I took Liquid creatine for
two months and i gained approx. 20lbs of muscle and
10lbs of fat. After getting to the weight I wanted to
be at, I decided to become toned. Exercising
regularly I had trouble getting rid of the layer of
skin fat. I decide to take Hydroxycut and within a
couple of weeks I could see an amazing difference. I
got the definition in all the areas I wanted. I would
definitely recommend either product everyone.

- I tried using Hydroxycut for about one month with daily training, and didn't see any appreciable reduction in fat loss. I was eating a healthy diet and doing both weight training and aerobics on alternating days. The Hydroxycut did help keep my energy levels up, however, during my workouts. I guess I had mixed results, but I am going to try it again.

- When I started my weight loss program, I was skeptical about using hydroxycut
or any other kind of supplements. With the help of 3 to 4 pages of
advertising in a men's magazine , I was convinced that i needed to try it.
After 3 months of using Hydroxycut, I've lost about 40 pounds of fat and have
never felt better. I love it!!!!!

- I would have to say that this is the most excellent energy as well as fat
burning supplement! I have used many supplements in my time, but this one
really works, and it works in a relatively short time period. If you are not
used to caffeine, you should slowly ease into the use of this product,
because it can make you a little shaky. I think the packages recommendation
of 12 pills a day in 3 spread out doses is a little much. 8 pills a day is a
better use in my studies. The last dose later on in the afternoon can cause
restlessness at night (with 12 pill use). I take 2 doses a day! one right
when i get up, and one before I workout to get the best pep! ever!!!!!!
Within a month I was noticeably really trim! The great thing about Hydroxycut
is that you don't sacrifice muscle to lose fat! While you still lose fat,
muscle growth still occurs, and does not go into a catabolic state. Although
gains are not as big, as far as muscle growth, the growth makes a solid
muscle and does not have adverse affects for growth! I believe it is the
best supplement on the market!

- I have been on hydroxycut now for about 3 months. Over that time I have lost
over 20lbs and kept it off while toning up and gaining muscle. It has also
helped me keep my diet in check. Overall i rate it a 10 and have recommended
it to many of my friends.

it too late I could not get to sleep. I felt the benefits and the way

- I've used it on and off for several months, but I don't know if it's really
doing anything, and it's my own fault. I'm taking only 2 pills, usually
only once a day. So, maybe if I upped it to 3-4 pills, at least twice a
day, I would see a change. So, I think they have the potential to be a good
thing.

- Hydroxycut is and excellent supplement. It is a good thing
to consider if you want to add lean muscle while burning
that extra fat that's keeping your muscles from looking
ripped. Also, all other thermogenic products I've used gave
me bad side effects, like terrible gas pain; Hydroxycut
hasn't given me anything to complain about.

The drawbacks are, no extra caffeine as enough is already in there, watch your sleep patterns as it may disrupt your normal sleep schedule and don't be ashamed of sweating as I found my sweat capability increased or was that the fact that I was just training harder?

- I tried Hydroxycut for about a month or more and didn't see any results. I
had a baby 8 months ago and after gaining 60lbs. during my pregnancy you can
imagine what my body looks like. I worked out 5 times a week while on
hydroxycut and nothing changed. It's really depressing to see the product
work for some and not others, does anyone have any advice? I would like to
lose at least 20lbs. by June 16. I'm the maid of honor in my friends wedding
and I would like to look good or at least decent. thank you

- I tried Hydroxycut and it is by far the best fat burner I have tried. I
tried pyruvate in different forms and this is ten times as good. It is
really good for losing those last couple of pounds in order for you to get
your "ideal" body. I have recent gotten lazy so I gained a few pounds but I
know that Hydroxycut will make losing this weight a breeze!!! It can help
anybody, active or not, you will lose weight with this product and if you
work out as well, the results are phenomenal. I would recommended it to
everyone who is trying to lose weight. It will work, you have nothing to
lose but excess fat, not muscle but fat. It will not touch what you are
trying to gain but it will kill anything that you don't want. Try it. I will post my results later to back up what I am

- This is my first bottle of Hydroxycut. I tried Diet Fuel, and Thermadrene,
then i decided to use Hydroxycut. It is my first bottle, and i have been
taking 12 daily, four pills, 45 min before each meal. I have about 2 days
left in my bottle (24 pills, out of the 160 pill bottle) and i have noticed
not extraordinary results but enough. I haven't been exercising like i
should have, and haven't cut down any on my eating, and so far i have
noticed about a loss of 5 pounds. So this summer when i start a more strict
lifting and dieting program (for football) I am looking forward to noticing
