Directions (TRAINING DAYS): As a dietary supplement, take your first serving (2 Rapid Oral-Injection Gel Caps) first thing in the morning with 8 - 10 oz. of water. Take your second serving immediately following training to jump-start testosterone activation, growth and recovery.
For maximum results: Cycle METHYL TEST for 8 consecutive weeks.
