This stuff works! I am the purest example of a "Hard Gainer"! I was a bone skinny 6' 2 150lbs. Myself and 2 other friends with similar body types (ectomorphs) starting training real hard in the gym, after about a week I started taking phosphagen. I mentioned that to them, but they were skeptical. Anyway, in the beginning we were all pretty much bench pressing around 160 max, but at the end of about 4 months I was benching 245 lbs. while the other 2 plateaued at about 200 lbs. It was incredible, I gained about 10 lbs of lean muscle which was cool, and I looked great but the only drawback was 1) If I didn't drink tons of water I would get acne (and I'm 28 yrs old), 2) Once I stopped taking it, it was like my muscles deflated when I cycled off.....I'm didn't shrink to my original size, but more than I though was acceptable......But you know the ol saying....use it or lose it, so I really can't prove that it was phosphagen. However all in all it's a great product, especially if your trying to get a decent look before summer

This is the better of the creatine products I have used. I usually prefer pills to powder because of the convenience of pills. The key I found to this stuff is to add a little more water when mixing and I have less sediment.

this is a very good creatine transport system, I really didn't see many changes in my body structure though.

Phosphagen was a great supplement. It increased size, mass, and strength. I would recommend this product to almost anyone.

I had used the product and found that it did help, but not dramatically. I am not sure if this is the best product of this type, but I decided to try it again.

after trying the serum and not seeing any benefit i tried the phosphagen hp...well at the end of 8 days it vastley improved my lifting.i broke new highs in every exercise as well as enjoying that pumped look.

My first creatine usage was with Phosphagen HP for a month and I saw little results. Product tastes great! But I wonder how much creatine is in there since most people on creatine say they can actually see results after a month.

After only a week and a half I gained 4 lbs of muscle. I've never tried any other creatine but this stuff works. If you don't see results with this stuff your just not working out!

I used phosphagen consistently for 3 months. I got great results. I increased my strength and I gained mass. I recommend phosphagen to anyone that didnt't have success with creatine.

I didn't find that creatine serum did much for me. However, switching to EAS Phosphagen HP creatine made a noticable difference..within the first 2 weeks I was lifting more than ever.

I love this stuff, it tastes great and i noticed quick recovery and almost instant strength and size. The only draw back for me was the excess water weight.

I gained 6 lbs in the first month with Phosphagen HP. Even though most of that was water, I did get stronger and be able to lift more faster.

What's up? No disrespect to the hyped up supplement industries that are out there advertising Creatine products with added carbs or glutamine ( Celltech), added alpha lipic acid and etc the list goes on............ Anyways what about an old school product baby without these added supplements in the Creatine Phosphagen 100% creatine by EAS the supplement rocks. And customers don't have to pay an arm & a leg for this supplement unlike other supplements out there. I've tried this supplement once and I'll try again PEOPLE the pumps you get, the strength u increase is just totally incredible. Me and my training partner have been asked many times what we take we say "Phosphagen Creatine". We've probaly got half the guys at our gym taking it and they finally are starting to make progress!!!!!!! Anyhow Musclesurf u guys are awesome and I just wanted to make a statement and I think Phosphagen Creatine should be on the review list. NOT PHOSPHAGEN HP JUST PHOSPHAGEN use it and you'll make MASSIVE GAINS.
