Suggested Use:
Each box contains EXACTLY 16 (SIXTEEN) 10 capsule servings (30-Day Supply). Along with 12oz or more of water or juice, take the entire contents of 1 (ONE) and ONLY 1 (ONE) blister card (10 capsules) 1-2 hours before weight training. PlasmaJet™ induces its maximum vaso-expansion / strength inducing effects at 2-8 hours after ingestion, though it can be taken as near as 30 minutes before you start your workout. Take PlasmaJet ONLY on the days you actively work out. DO NOT EXCEED FOUR (4) servings per week and DO NOT use more than every other day under any circumstances.
To maximally benefit from the myotrophic effects of PlasmaJet it is suggested to consume approximately 96 ounces of water per day and a diet that is high in quality protein and low-glycemic carbohydrates.
