Suggested
use:
Gradually add 4 scoops of SHW into 2 cups (16 oz. or
500 ml) of cold milk with continuous mixing. If you wish to limit your
fat calories to 30% of the total calories, mix SHW in 2 cups water
instead of milk (if you are not used to high calorie meals, drink slowly
over a 1/2 hour period).
Use Up To 3 Times Daily: 45 minutes before training, immediately after
