Suggested
use:
Dissolve 2 tablets in 4 ounces of water and stir. Take 2 tablets every morning or night for 5 days. Skip 2 days and repeat cycle. For best results, take 1/2 hour before eating or 1 to 2 hours after eating.
Blood sugar and insulin inhibit the release of growth hormone. The importance of
suppressing insulin in provoking GH release cannot be overstated and a low
carbohydrate diet must be followed for maximum effectiveness.
Warnings:
Do not take Vanadyl Sulfate. This mimics insulin in the body and will suppress growth hormone production.
