Hi, my nam is Genny and I'm no way an expert blogger but some things motivate me to write weight loss diet reviews like this one when I find a program that just seems too good to be true.  

Below, I'm going to show you inside the 1 Hour Belly Blast Diet members area, show you what you get and some info on how it works.. or rather doesn't work (at least for me).

Let me tell you about my situation and how I got started with this weight loss program, why I quit and what I'm doing now and lost over 40 lbs in the past 3 months 🙂

A few months ago I was overweight by about 30 lbs (although my husband says I wasn't) and we were talking about taking a vacation to the beach in a couple months.  All you girls know you want to look the best when on the beach and pools and you'll do almost anything to get there.

In my attempt to find a weight loss program to lose around 30 lbs quickly, I came across one on Google called the 1 Hour Belly Blast Diet.  At first I was very skeptical because it seemed like all the 1 Hour Belly Blast Diet reviews I found were almost identical or fake.

It's a shame you can't find a REAL 1 Hour Belly Blast Diet review that's legit!  

One of my biggest problems is I feel like I'm ALWAYS hungry.  I try to eat healthy and I don't eat fast food much at all but maybe a couple times a month and I try to go to the gym several times a week.. BUT I can't seem to lose any weight no matter what I try.  So when I was watching the video on the 1 Hour Belly Blast website, I was instantly drawn into it maybe like you are.

I ended up buying it, going through the 8 books in the members area and quickly found that a lot of this diet is based on low-carb which I do not like.  Let me tell you more about it below..

1 Hour Belly Blast Diet Review

Here's a look at what's inside the members area.  There are a couple up-sells if you choose to buy them as well.

There's quite a few rules that have to be followed with 1 Hour Belly Blast Diet including working out at certain times, eating certain foods at certain times of the day and only eating whatever you want for a few hours a week?  Yea, I know.. how do eat by the hour.. right?

Being held to this tight schedule was very difficult to maintain which is why I only done it for a couple weeks yet still didn't see much results.  It actually became stressful trying to follow the routine.

Now, if you stay at home and don't go out much, the 1 Hour Belly Blast Diet program may work for you, but I'm just too busy with life to have to do “this and that” at certain times of the day.  Here's just one of the training days.

The Diet Manual is a PDF and has about 66 pages in it.  I found some of the information useful but most had to be used only if you follow the diet.  It suggests certain places to buy protein powder and other supplements you can take as well which would greatly add to the cost of following the weight loss plan.

You're given common sense tips such as “Do Not Stuff Yourself or Eat Until the Point of Discomfort”

The Progress Tracker is a print off that allows you to monitor and track your progess (you need it just to keep with schedule).

You also get an exercise guide that has bad quality pictures showing you how to do the exercises and workout routines.  Also included is a restaurant guide that gives you suggestions on what to eat at most popular restaurants and a “21 powerful foods” PDF document that suggests mostly fruits and low carb foods to eat.

And finally a 2 minute belly flab targeting solution PDF that shows more workouts and exercises to get your body burning fat.

Maybe the 1 Hour Belly Blast Diet will work for you, but it's not my cup of tea.  I need a weight loss program that's more flexible and has less of a schedule to follow.

What I really like about this weight loss program is it gives you a complete look at the science behind gaining and losing weight, so you can understand how and why things happen and follow precise steps to lose the fat.

There's a lot I learned from the 2 Week Diet that seemed wrong but wasn't. I apparently was just taught wrong.  For example, I was always told that breakfast was the most important meal of the day.. WRONG.  There's lots of scientifically proven facts and tips you'll find to really help you understand how to control your eating and what you body does throughout the process.  When I understood this, it made losing weight MUCH easier.

Everything is easy to understand and and guided step by step including foods to eat, foods not to eat (some of these were a shocker) and activities you can do if you're too busy to go to the gym like I am.  

And lastly, there's a book for motivation which I didn't think I needed, but was way wrong.  Reading this really helped me to get started on the right path which is why I think I lost my weight so fast.

  1. Wish I saw your review sooner. I already bought 1 hour belly blast and like you said, it's too much of a schedule for me to follow as well so I requested a refund. I have 1 month to drop 15 pounds so I'm going to try the one you recommended.
